Team Camp

Team Camp is designed for high school teams and individuals that are looking for challenging competition, as well as a chance to learn and develop technique taught by some of the best wrestlers and coaches in the country.

In addition to competing in many dual meets and an individual tournament, campers will learn a highly effective system of wrestling from all three positions. Many camps offer dual meets with little time spent on technical instruction. Bison System Wrestling camps will provide you and your team with challenging competition as well as world class technique with one of the finest staffs in the country. The critical details of setting up and finishing leg attacks will be taught in small groups and drilled intensely. You will learn how to score consistently with advanced short offense and counter attack techniques. We will also spend quality time working on all aspects of wrestling from the bottom position. Countering legs, defending the claw ride and crab ride, and protecting/ freeing your wrists to avoid being titled will all be covered in detail. From the top position you will learn a wide array of tilts, leg rides, and pinning combinations that will enable you to turn your toughest opponents.
